Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that labels, scales, or ink cartridges are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Package

Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized USPS location or schedule a free package pickup through your account.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
